Consent to Processing of Personal Data for the Purpose of Sending Marketing Messages
I hereby give the company BCV solutions s.r.o., company number: 28360851, with its registered office at Praha – Chodov, 7. května 1168/70, postcode 149 00, registered in the public register of companies kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 136075 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator of personal data” or just the “Administrator”, my express consent to process the following personal data in accordance with the Act on Protection of Personal Data, with Act No.480/2004 Coll. on some services of information companies (hereinafter referred to as the Antispam Act) and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR):
- first name and surname;
- company’s name (as per the company number);
- contact e-mail;
The above-mentioned personal data are processed by the Administrator in order to send current information about the company BCV solutions, its offers of services and products in accordance with the Antispam Act mainly via the following types of e-mail newsletters:
Online updates and special newsletters
This newsletter informs about new features, updates or new versions of the BCV solutions application. The newsletter is sent on the grounds of legitimate interest of the Administrator.
Marketing offers of BCV solutions
This newsletter informs about special offers of the company BCV solutions. A consent is necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.
News from the world of BCV solutions
This newsletter informs about news about the product CzechIdM and the company BCV solutions s.r.o., the offer of related services, practical information and interesting things from legislative fields, training dates, instructions and tips on making everyday work easier. A consent is necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.
Legislative news from BCV solutions
This newsletter informs about the most important news in the field. A consent is necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.

The Administrator will be processing your personal data for the duration of your consent (from the moment of electronic registration until withdrawal of consent), the maximum length of which being 3 years after you have ceased to be a customer of the Administrator.
You have the right to withdraw your consent related to protection of personal data via sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by unsubscribing directly in the received e-mail. Withdrawal of this consent does not affect processing of personal data, which is processed by the Administrator on the grounds of a different legal basis from your given consent. In accordance with Articles 15, 16, and 17 of GDPR, you also have the right to:
- ask us for information about which of your personal data we process
- ask us for clarification of personal data processing
- ask us for an update or correction of this data
- ask us for deletion of this personal data
- make a complaint concerning the processing of your personal data or non-fulfilment of the Administrator’s obligations resulting from GDPR at the supervisory office at any time. The supervisory office in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.
You also have the right to raise an objection to processing for the purpose of direct marketing. If you raise such an objection, the Administrator will not process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing anymore.

Giving your consent is voluntary. In this way, you are simultaneously giving your express consent to sending of the above-mentioned information via direct marketing. Therefore, it is entirely for your free consideration whether you want to receive this marketing information. The legal basis for sending this type of messages in form of direct marketing is your consent or more precisely not expressing your dissent from sending marketing messages in accordance with section 7 (3) of the Antispam Act which enables the Administrator to send marketing messages concerning his products or services to the given e-mail address, provided that the consent to such a use of the e-mail address can be declined easily.
Personal data processing is carried out solely by the Administrator, your personal data are not transferred to another processor, recipients or third parties.
Consent is given from the day of checking the corresponding box in the registration form or by sending the registration form itself and is recorded in the Administrator’s database. These terms come into effect from 1/1/2020.
