In the environment of the Ministry of the Environment (hereinafter referred to as “MoE”), the system for remote access from the Internet – an external zone was modernized. Users need to be authenticated by multiple factors using a phone number. The goal was to build a quality source of information about user accounts. Users have been provided with a web portal to manage the account. Identity Manager CzechIdM has been selected for the solution.
Main features of the solution:
- the creation of a central system for the identities of both employees and external workers,
- integration with the human resources system,
- support for access of both internal and external workers with two-step authentication into the external zone,
- self-service password reset portal.
